Service Description
A restorative massage to support recovery after birth, helping the body gently unwind, reconnect, and rebalance. This treatment focuses on relieving muscular tension, supporting circulation, and encouraging nervous system regulation during the post-partum period. Ideal for mothers seeking grounding, replenishment, and gentle support as the body transitions after pregnancy. Postnatal treatments are suitable from 1–2 weeks after vaginal birth, and from 6–8 weeks after caesarean birth, following medical clearance. All sessions are adapted to your stage of recovery.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can get busy and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
